Standard Delivery
An order that is in stock and placed on-line by 5 p.m. Central Time will usually be on its way to you the next business day.

* Most items should arrive in 3-7 business days.
* Some Items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer or our home office and will be shipped separately from your other items.

International Shipping
At this time, we are unable to accept international orders.

Shipping to an Alternate Address
If it is easier for you to have your order sent to your office or a neighbor, let us know. We can deliver wherever it's best for you.

Returns
Your Satisfaction Is Important To Us
We've guarantee your satisfaction and our primary goal is to make you happy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a prompt exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase.

Shoes, swimwear, and special occasion apparel are returnable within 3 days of RECEIVING your order, unworn, in new condition with all tags attached (swimwear must have the sanitary liner attached). IF you return merchandise in unacceptable condition you may be charged a $30.00 restocking fee.

Fine jewelry and watches are returnable within 14 days of purchase and special return instructions are enclosed with the purchase.

Customized items (such as Sol Chics Handpainted Jeans and Second Chance Jeans) are not returnable.

How to Return your Merchandise
Complete the Return Form. Fill in the quantity and the return reason code. The Return Form must be included in your return package in order to receive proper credit.

Use the original packaging if possible and completely remove or cover the original shipping label. If the original packaging can't be used, please use a quality bag or carton.

Seal the package securely with tape. Affix the return label to the outside of your package. Please use clear tape or glue when affixing the label.

Send your return package back using the shipper of your choice. Insure the package for the full value of the merchandise. Keep your shipping receipt.

Please note: You are responsible for the shipping amount incurred for all returns.

Please Allow 14 Days.
It takes approximately 14 days for us to receive and process your return. We'll credit or refund the value of the item and any taxes you were charged (excluding delivery charges).
